My Business Plan for 2010!!
A business plan is a wonderful idea to start a year the right way. Instead of wasting much time spinning your wheels, you can get organized and accomplish your goals one step at a time.
1.) In regards to active income, I would like to focus more on Unique Article submissions (which can be found on the products page) instead of the article writing as the article writing takes up so much time, but I do not mind dealing with just a few customers a month (we will see how the workload looks and if I can stay on target with everything).
2.) Work on completing at least two months worth of The Niche Blogger training material each month until it’s all completed.
3.) In January (since I’ve put article writing on hold for clients), my plan was to set up at least 15 sites, but more realistically I want to perfect 10 sites and I will not move on until they’ve been properly marketed and content has been written and scheduled.
4.) I do have a PLR domain as well. I haven’t set it up yet, but I will work on two packages a month starting in February.
5.) After February, I will work on setting up 2 sites a month and getting them completed.
6.) I’ve been pondering over an e-book–but just trying to brainstorm on ideas of what to write at this point. I will probably start working on this in the spring. If I think of a subject sooner, I will write a couple pages here and there each month, but organizing it, getting it edited and actually selling it won’t be until after spring. Want to complete what I have already started first so I won’t have to worry about it.
My issue has been picking horrible niche keywords as well. I did some brainstorming last night with several key phrases and I’ve found some goldmines! Now–I’m just anxious to put them up! I will keep everyone posted on my progress…

thank you, your information is very useful to say, I can learn a lot from your information and experience, to become better. success always for you
You are quite welcome. I’m actually learning with every move I make as well. It really helps to have a plan and to stick to it. Without a plan, I would be quite lost as there is so much you can dive into when it comes to working online that it can easily be distracting. Wish you much success as well!
Hi Loren – thanks for sharing your 2010 goals – I haven’t written any yet but I like your style and may have a go this weekend. Better to be late at goal setting than having none at all right lol
