Stay Fit While Niche Blogging

I have been noticing that the more I blog, the more I have been in a zone lately. I have been neglecting the most important thing–my body! This month is time to get back on track and I would like to encourage others to do the same.

Staying active is what you make out of it. It’s not a difficult thing to do, but for some reason many people make it a challenge. You don’t have to be an Olympics participant or the next Mary Lou, as all it takes is simply choosing to be active for 30 minutes each day.

30 minutes of what, you may ask. Consider walking, jogging, working in the garden, walking the dogs, taking the stairs instead of using the elevator. It only requires small lifestyle changes. These changes make for big returns.

When I started niche blogging, I noticed that my energy levels were up. I was less tired and I could eat much more only because I was training for a marathon. After long hours of sitting at my computer, I have found myself gaining weight and not having the energy levels I once had. Niche blogging successfully can take much energy out of you. It makes no sense at all to take energy-boosting activity away.

As you stop exercising, your body may not be craving all the healthy stuff you once ate in abundance, such as, the carrots, apples, green beans, broccoli, lean meats, etc. These are the foods that will keep you going and provide your body nutrients it so craves while you are ignoring it.

Make a commitment today to stop neglecting your body and give it the attention it deserves. Don’t think of it as being selfish. How can you perform for others and give it your best, when you don’t feel up to par? Journal your progress and hold yourself accountable for your actions. It is all up to you, not anyone else. Wish you much success!
